How Bad is Society

I wrote this with a prompt. The prompt is: Your first line has 20 words, your second line has 19, and so on and so forth until you finish with one word I wrote it off of my opinion on society

We all know society is around everyone who lives on Earth, but do we really know how bad it is?

Society has rules that it expects everyone to follow and if you don’t follow those rules, you stand out.

Society tells everyone to be themselves, but criticizes you when you’re different and stand out from everyone else.

Society has set high standards that are impossible to reach that has affected everyone around the world.

Society’s high standards are stereotypes and are directed towards different groups of people on the Earth.

Stereotypes can be harmful and are a form of bullying, but it isn’t talked about.

There are different types of stereotypes for groups of people, like gender and racial.

Some male stereotypes are that they can not wear makeup or feminine clothes.

One female stereotype is that they have long hair and not short.

In this generation there are a lot of racial stereotypes around,

for example, whites are all racist and blacks are guilty.

Some know that is false, but others do not,

and it is not fair for those accused.

But isn’t society supposed to be good?

Society can be harmful and cruel

no good comes from it.

Society needs to change,

but only humans

can change

society.
