"You cease to amaze me" means you stop amazing me-the phraseis actually " you never cease to amaze me". It's nice. But it does need a little editting, almost every poem does. Hust a quick read over to improve the flow. Read it criticallly, and you will notice that you have let it jar very nastily in some places, and have included lots of well-used phrases. Try and dig deeper and you will find that you ca think of your own great phrases to describe how you feel. For example: "I think I'm falling for you" and "I can't get you out of my head" sounded vaguely pop-song-ish and didn't really make me understand how you felt- whereas "I feel like I'm flipping inside-out" really helped me understand what you were trying to say. Think about it, and I'm, sure this amazing writing potential will turn into great poetry.
