A War that Cannot be Won

Im sinking,

                    drowning,

gasping for air...

          for the first time in days.

                     He replies with "I love you but you're never there"

I need to feel close, Need to see light.

                   Just as I'm above water it pulls me down further.

The demons call at night..

                                       Pull me into darkness, with no escape.

I just want to be around somebody... 

             Somebody who cares, who's not going to fail.

                        You can't find love in darkness..

Darkness engulfs me... 

                    I'll be alone tonight, Maybe i'll let the darkness will.

A drop of blood never killed, just a small pierce of skin..

                       A blade rough against my skin, it can solve it all..

Just a little accident, who could notice?

              I just want love, bbut love is hopeless.

He loves me, i love him, but I'm not around.
        He loves me... I love them.

                               I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Tonight I'll let the darkness win, because I'm fighting a war.

              A war that can not be won....

     I need love... But love doesn't want me.

Hold me close, as close as two people can be, that's all I ask.

         The darkness is winning, and i'm lost.
