Take what I’m saying under consideration

Take what I’m saying under consideration

A Story by Brother Jacob

My friends, we have a problem with self-control. The problem isn't gun control. Listen, I'm not trying to judge anyone or anything but there are 3 conditions: There is a mental condition, there is a heart condition, and there is a spiritual condition.

What type of shows and movies do you allow your children to watch. What type of video games do you allow them to play. You can't expect them to not be affected in at least some way, if that is all they do 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and 366 days every leap year. Then you still have people in that eye for an eye and tooth for tooth state, where there is no forgiveness and people seek out revenge. And of course, people who need some help before they can come back to society.

Moving on... Listen, I understand that women get raped, and every now and then under certain medical circumstances, they could die or even lose the baby. I never got to meet my grandma on my dad's side of the family, she passed away before I was born. She had given birth to one of my uncles. A few days later in the hospital, she had developed a blood clot that had spread to her heart. Even though I never got to meet her, I often wonder if I would be alive today if she hadn't died. You know my grandpa wouldn't have remarried and he may have decided to live somewhere else.

Let's talk about the right to privacy for a second. Now I believe everyone has a right to privacy. When it comes to the laws on abortion, they claim that women have a right to their privacy to go and get an abortion. (Once again, I will remind you that I am pro-life, but I'm not on here to condemn anybody to hell knowing that I am not any better than anyone else) but when allowing men and women to be in the same bathroom, locker room, etc... Where's a woman's right to privacy now? If the number one cause of a woman having an abortion is due to rape. Why allow men and women to be in the same bathroom or locker room? Think about it…

Moving on… We live in a society today where some parents refuse to discipline their children. I understand some circumstances due to the current drug epidemic and alcohol epidemic that they are if not millions, maybe thousands of children that come from broken homes. But you got parents that don't even put their children in time-out or put them in the corner, ground them, let alone a switch; no consequences for their actions.

I don’t believe in abuse, but I believe you must correct and discipline your children when they misbehave
