Silent IrritationA Poem by AubrinThis is like, literally the only poem I'll ever do. Okay, that's probably a lie. Anyway. Feeling a little irritated and sad.
The smallest bit of irritation
seeps in, wrapping itself around your heart in an icy embrace makes it hard to breathe, when you see them without you. Your mouth is silent, your head is filled with brash incoherent thoughts angry with him, with yourself, for not lifting a finger. Not helping yourself you sit there, quietly watching them from a distance, silent.
