Breaking Cold habbits

A Poem by Brooksfield
"

It's a poem about a man who never accepted his past, present or future.

"
So it's begins, So it ends. Another woman another day. Another bottle another failed attempt at marriage.  But i want to let you go. I can't stay very long, only if you promise me keep my heart.   So it begins, So it never ends, Another tale to tell, another woman to play husband with. Another flower; another petal, A lost line in every suicide note. Blank pages show us what could have been written on them but what isn't.  another life, another bottle down; I can't grasp your smile.   A life is small but worth every moment,I know this now. So it begins, So it ends. one last woman, Another bottle for the little one.  my final marriage, But i don't want to let you go. I can stay a little while longer, Promise me to keep my heart safe.  So it sits while i stare into your eyes                         another life another heart beat.  I can't let you go.                                                                                 Smile babe! I'm free.

"It's a poem about a man who never accepted his past, present, or future" so basically its about every man. Interestingly penned. Though it feels far too personal to comment on in any way more than that. Great job.
