storyA Story by brooke thomasthis was a school story remake for briar roseIn 1997, there was a beautiful place everyone wanted to live in. There was a wealthy couple that lived there. It was a beige, five story house, with dark brown window sills, and there was a small tower on top of the house. There was a beautiful garden that everyone wanted. The couple had no children, even though they wanted a little girl, there was no chance open. The husband, Daniel Rodriquez, was always writing, and his wife, Rosalinda Rodriguez, was always in the garden. They both were very nice to everyone in the neighborhood, they were nice and they had loving hearts.
In the garden there were, carnations, narcissus, roses, lillies, sunflowers, and daisies. There was a lake behind the garden, and Rosalinda loved feeding the ducks everyday during the evening. She would go to the lake at five and feed the ducks bread and crackers. One day, she was a little bit late then normal, when she got there, there were no ducks in the lake. Five minutes later, five ducks had appeared out of no where. One of the ducks had fishing net wrapped around its leg, so Rosalinda, carefully helped the duck get untangled from the fish net. efore she had left, the duck had said "Now that you have saved me, I shall return the favor in giving you your wish. You will have a little girl soon." ・@ ・@ Five months later, Rosalinda had a beautiful girl named Maria. Daniel had an idea, he would throw the baby a party and everyone could give her a present sent for a certain age. On the fifth of May, 1998, Daniel and Rosalinda threw the baby a party. There were alot of people, some were from Daniel's family, and some were from Rosalinda's. There are some people who weren't invited but shown up anyways. She didnt know anyone truthfully. When it came to present time, everyone gathered around, and one by one, opened the presents for Maria. The people who weren't invited had given her a present that she had to open up so it would be a surprise to everyone. The time when she had to open it up was when she was eighteen. She was to be hurt badly and go into a coma because of how bad she got hurt. Everyone had left and everyone went to bed. ・@ ・@ The year she turned eighteen, she had gotten a car, a cell phone, and her lifetime dream, a sewing machine. The sewing machine was given to her when she was one year old. One day when her parents weren't home, she was working on her dress. She was working on it for awhile and a half an hour after she started she had gotten injured like she was supposed to. She had gotten herself loose from the machine and had called the hospital but she couldnt speak. She fell backwards and was out. When her parents got back she was still laying on the ground with the phone in her hand. They immediatly grabbed her and put her in the car. When they reached the hospital, she wouldnt wake up. They stitched her up, and still she wouldnt wake up. They kept her in the hospital and she never woke up. They had to bury her cause she never woke up for 80 years. She never ever changed her look. ・@ ・@ Six years later, an old retired doctor, had told his son about the little girl that had a coma for 80 years and never ever looked different. Alot of people tried to wake her but no one ever succeded. The son, Caleb Sanchez, tried and tried to wake the little girl up. After a half an hour of being with her she finally had came awake. Caleb had kissed her and she woke up. She wondered why he was hovering over her, but she didnt care he had a hold of her and they had kissed once again, and they lived happily ever after. © 2011 brooke thomas |
