Your reassurance is  like raindrops 

on cloth. Eventually, it dries out. 

And i'm back to feeling like 

time is ticking, and that you're

a step closer to leaving. 

Crying, breathing fast, please, oh please

i want this to last. 

Gripping on so tightly, 

because i'm afraid you'll disappear.

Baby, your words are sincere, but 

my heart needs you here.

Next time i hold you, i'll grip a little tightly,

because at least i can say i tried.

But, there just wasn't enough time.

I love the film, and some of the things they say really hit home, and i thought i'd write partially about me, with a mix of the movie. Hope you enjoy it. Let me know what you think.

I never sat down to watch the movie. But, nevertheless, this is a really heart felt poem, and a lot of people would look up at this for inspiration, like myself. So I thank you for writing it.
