Watch it Fall

Watch it Fall

A Poem by Tellie Allen

I have to sit and watch
my life fall without a warning.
We lose the house, we lose our jobs
we watch it fall.

im 16, and still so confused
on why i have to take these
boxes to my room.
and watch my things fall.

I go to school and cry
on my friends and try to
explain this bitter end
they watch it fall
down my face to the floor

I try to help
all that i can
but all i can do
is watch my life
fall
