Darling Angels

Darling Angels

A Poem by BrokenLight
"

A poem about parents and children

"

Stars sparkle above

The moon glimmers in the dark

Sky.

Playful laughs during the day

Soft goodnight kisses on the cheek.

Reading bedtime stories

And making the monsters go away

In the night.

Beautiful eyes that always come with

A smile.

Listening to their cries

And holding them when they are

Scared.

Loving and protecting them with all

Your might.

Knowing one day

They will grow up

And live on their

Own.

Always sheltering

And giving all the love

You can give.

And you hoping they will

Make it in the furture.

Watching them grow

Seeing them day by day

going through

Hell and back.

Only gives you more courage

For you to be loving parents

And walk with them

Through it.
