Recovering HeartbeatA Poem by Broken SerenityCoping with various anxieties or fears because you have someone who sees something beautiful inside of you. This is one of my most personal pieces honestly.
I'm afraid of reality
of the utter perpetuality so clearly laced in the definition of finality I'm afraid of drinking a love potion such a beautifully damned concoction so I brush it off as a uselessly nihilistic emotion I'm afraid of the dark where the unknown park and my imagination always misses the mark I'm afraid of what tomorrow may hold of what part of my soul will next be sold and all the lies I've ever told I'm afraid of the monsters under my bed and all the madness trapped inside of my head so there's something that needs to be said. Because of the me he sees and the part of me he frees I've learned that the monsters in my closet are all of my broken memories.
