Eternal Suffering

Eternal Suffering

A Poem by Broken Serenity
"

A short & simple piece about not being destined for someone no matter how much you want to, and trying to make it okay inside because you know that's simply life.

"
'
A sad soliloquy

of what wasn't mean to be

but I suppose that's simply

the meaning of eternity

Author's Note

Broken Serenity
I was walking down the hallway to geometry a two weeks ago and the lines popped in my head so I grabbed a sharpie and began writing on myself. I replayed the lines in my head for the next few days and this was all that came for this one. To get to the point, what do you think about the length and what it does for the poem?

her heart heavy
her soul not free
that lesson strengthened daily
broken you are, cant he just see
deserved it not did she
saving her was never up to me

just a thought, take it as you will i like the short part you have but it seems like it could just be the tip and that there is so much more depth to explore. You are weclome yo use the above lines to add to you poem just please be kind and credit me

In many cases a small amount with a lot of meaning clashes way too harshly. In your case, Miss Serenity, I think the length is fine
