Lightning

Lightning

A Poem by Broken.
"

The shock could kill you...

"

Seemingly harmless substance
Soaks through my bitter skin
Glass smeared across my hands
I dive in

Dancing aimlessly
Gracefully, all gravity
absent
I beg you
Try to pull me down
The gittering star
Above the higher complex
I swim to you

That shining star
Aloof evening
The thinnest skin
Grazes the edge
Reaching out

Appearing through
Another level
Of the puzzle
Your still far away
Yet I touched your
Swade disposition

Rising disappointment
You don't answer
My serenade
Doubtless to the twinkle
In my eyes
Swarming pleasure
Loathes the setting sun

And it has only just begun

Hmm.... very dramatic, the words.
Love it, of course.
