this poem title reminds me of my poem that i created several years ago, it was forgive and forget, lately my friend told me to change the word forget because it wasn't easy to forget somebody who has been with us for long time. All i can say, finally I read another poem with the different experience of forgive and never forget..hahaha..
I have to agree with P.A.W. this is an intense poem. filled with frusteration and hopelessness that i believe we all feel at times and theres not much we can do but get back up when we're knocked down and hold our heads high. Great write, can easily be related to, which i believe, is what alot of readers look for
This just shows how much you can feel for someone. Even after it's over your love still lives inside.
Your words cry out to me in a soul baring way. My my heart stab itself with what this feels like. It makes ME cry, as your words moan sadly from the bottom of a very dark pit.
Pride that wouldn't let you stop there or show the hurt.
This poem just tears me up and sends me through a memory so decrepid and frightening but at the same time, it sucks me into your world, your life, your head, and I feel. I feel so much. A world that swirls like a painting, the colors meshing and standing defined, but one so dark and lonely it may be death.
Well Done Bridger, this one captures way more then I ever will be able to.
i can hear all the disappointment in this for having trusted and opened up to someone.
The...hit the ground...gives this poem the real punch, and captures so many things. Very effective. Superb. Bye for now.
I am from Idaho. I love it. I don´t appear to be complicated... But i am in a constant war with myself. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I will never deny it. I .. more..
