Such a SceneA Poem by Bridger HallSuch an emo
I looked past everything you were
I saw the sun in your black eyes
I wished away my problems riding in your car
I talked a world of future plans
I was sure you´d be a part
You didn´t take time stripping of your clothes
I never had that much in mind
I was looking desperately for love
And when i wanted things to work
I kept you locked to keep you around
I was alone inside your arms
And I shot down everything I had planned
For that
So what if i sing the whole world to sleep
And what if im looking for someone else at my show
I sang for you
And you were only there for the attention
Put on your clothes
And pretend you never knew me
The one that shreds his throat for you
Is done
