Discrimination

Discrimination

A Poem by OutSpoken
"

I know what it feels like...

"
The hurt may not be evident on my face
But deep down inside you killed me
You act as if I'm not a part of the human race
You speak to and treat me
Like I'm from a different planet
You talk down to me
You hurt my feelings and don't care
But that's not how its supposed to be
Every human should be treated equally
You threaten, hurt, discourage and discriminate
For no reason you show me only anger and hate
But you don't care that you've hurt my feelings
Because to you I'm worthless
And my life has no meaning
I never did you any wrong
Yet you choose to hate me
For who and what I am
