Hi, Brianna!
It is just Richard, come calling and to warmly welcome you home. : )
From reading my simple little poem, "The River, the Clouds, and Us", you know I enjoy the unique flexibility and power of a Free Verse composition, and when one has been blessed with the skill, the genuine capacity to express emotion and feeling, as you have here, there is no doubt this enthralling work portrays God's glorious imagery from a heart and soul that is true and alive to it all.
A very moving and lovely introduction picture, too … the perfect mood-setter.
Stunning in imagery, beauty, and sheer wonderment, Brianna, you've touched me gently to the core!
Thank you for this embracing moment shared! ⁓ Richard

wow! your poem takes on a lot in a few lines .. the couplet between verses especially hits home to me .. longsuffering .. accept My love .. throughout the ages God, the Creator has spoken it over and over .. nice flowing lines .. the rhyming is effortless says i .. hardly knew it was happening .. not an easy thing to do .. nice to meet you ...

Yes, as though God's love washes over the earth and all those that have a chance to change their ways. Rain will always fall again, they'll always be another chance.
I really enjoyed this work of art. Your command of free verse has always been something I admired. That hasn't changed. The title set the tone and the rest of the writing followed suit.
After years of time away, it is a delight to my heart to stumble back upon your writing. I truly enjoyed this piece of writing, from the imagery to the flow but that is something I've come to expect when I sit down to read your work. Hats off

Not sure I fully understood this, but I enjoyed the read. It's nice to read other than that which I write which is simple rhyming bits, should really try to branch out but haven't got the best grasp of old Queenies English
