Another Kind

 no apathy, no flags, no misinformation

        no selfishness for hand outs or ego inflation

 

no hope for change or unfettered devotion

        no pressure, no peers or hyper sensitive emotion

 

no c**k waving to show that we're in on a game

        no gun totting or searching for some obscure fame

 

no patriotism or tyrant for which we would die

        we've rejected the story sold and see through its lie

 

instead we walk a path where we are truly free

        a path when your are blinded you could never see

 

a place not conceived in your myopic mind

        where we band together, those of another kind

 

we are not apathetic nor are we uninformed

        our world is a place in which we have transformed

 

we wave flags for fun and your patriotism's a crime

        we live with no gods, no masters and no down time!
