A SONG TO YOU

A SONG TO YOU

A Chapter by Brian Kraklau

You walk by me on the street

To find me quite discrete

You frown your upside down smile

At the looks I carry upon my shoulders

Looks that seem so vile.

But when the cards are down

We know you’re the clown

You’re too thick headed to even see

That you’re the one that holds his head too high

And I am only me.
