BETWEEN ME

BETWEEN ME

A Poem by Brian Kraklau

when you nodd your head, you present yourself as if you understand, you should all know by now, i dont give a f**k, i am what you see, i am what there is, and what will be, we will be, you will never see what there really is, you will never see who i am, for there is an entire world full of eyes, full of souls and dreams, you wont see anything, for this heaven is between me.

im liking your style of writing! i feel what your saying is that people are superficial. they appear to care when they dont, so why should you care for them? or what they say? you are who you are, they take you on face value. not the person you are. 'you will never see what there really is, you will never see who i really am, for there is an entire world of full eyes,' i believe is in relation to those who read your work on here, but also to those who choose to prejudge and critisise.
how can anyone know you truely? for it is you alone who knows your thoughts.

nice one!

I think something feel often is acceptance and often times people don't care if people do accept them. Reading this you seem to be one of those people though there is nothing wrong with that. There is a very strong sense of emotion and anger in this poem. Good job.

Are we not all the same, afraid of showing ourselves, reveiling whats in our hearts lest we get hurt, yet we cant always remain a hermit, can we?

the way you view life. it moves even the smallest miracles.
you say nobody will be able to read you.
to know who you really are.
but what point is there to living,
if you dont show your true self.
your heart is what seperates you from everyone else.
never was your brain.
it is how you use your heart,
that proves who you really are.

No one ever really knows the heart of another man. People project themselves onto others and call it truth. this was a nice good strong write.

Nice like the ending with the "for this heaven is between me" as if a deeper meaning. Wonderful job.

It would seem as though your making it so that no one can truely figure you out even if they think they've got it. Great write but I must say your "code" is not as strong as it is in the rest
