Spring

Winter has passed and our pain and self solitude is over. The beautiful promising glow of something new, something true....

 

Spring has sprung

A feeling of renewal and refreshment has enveloped me

The cold of winter begins to fade… Was it ever there?

All is new and bright, suffering seems impossible

 

Adventures and long walks

Each step we take we take together on our odyssey of love

I face nothing alone and wouldn’t wish to…. We are one

If I could bottle this I’d drink it daily, right now it seems I am

 

Fear is melting away

What once seemed impossible is now so right, so fragrantly real

Gradually our layers begin to peel… Trust is engendered

Nothing I couldn’t share, no secrets or lies are needed here

 

Butterflies and nervous kisses

With each meeting the distance grows shorter, we feel the need

My thoughts of you are consuming… You are excitement itself

Spring is over, the summer sun arrives with blinding beautiful light
