This is how to take energy and process and convert and channel it into something you can use.

At work or school, especially at work, we find that we collect stress, yes? This is due to the acquired energy that we collect through using our muscles, the fuels burn and the muscles contract, and, that is why we relax and get tired when we eat too much, okay? This is contrary to burning fuels, with the right attitude, by keeping busy.

Sometimes people complain that they do not enjoy what they are doing. This is because they have no satisfaction, no? This can be overcome by submission! If you were to give your life to Venus, you will submit and seek thanks and have a goal. If you are a boss, it is good to see fruit of your orders carried out well, no? If you are a boss that sees failure all around them, then is it is stressful! If you think you are a boss, you will get stressed by not having control, come down off your cloud and be part of the team. This is like that suicide note I wrote, same logic...

Work can be approached as baby. You have a baby, do you embrace it to see it grow into something great, reflecting the influence of yourself, satisfaction, or, do you seek someone else's baby? This is where we must realize our place, and, reach for what we want to do. This can be done by listening, to show respect for the authority, complimenting them where they deserve it, and, then making suggestions. If you listen, compliment and suggest, they will listen, and, yes, you may play a role in the area of work, school or society. It is your baby! Do not deny it or you will day dream, not do your work, get behind, spend your free time worrying about work, and, see no fruit, spend your work time worrying about your social life also bears no fruit, no?

So, the game is to attack your work! It is your enemy, your desk is your baby. Your fruit is your baby, the work popped up from the recesses of hell, hey? Smite it, show it who is boss! Send it packing neatly and you will never see it again... ask if you do not understand, you will either sound like a fool once, or, you will be a fool until you ask. You need to learn before you understand, and, if you don't it is your baby, not someone else's.

Now, you will prosper in society. This is where you have the right attitude, and, are an asset.
