"Composure." compostezzaA Chapter by Brett NortjeThis is the basics of self expression and igniting the fire of Venus in oneself.
Many people can express themselves well, some have some fun, and, others have trouble expressing themselves with their bodies. I , personally, find trouble using my voice, so my inner fire finds it's way from my mind to my body. This is where I find comfort, as, one will collect stress as accumulated or stored energy when we work or day dream, where we think of things that we cannot have, but this mental excitement and stimulation will need to be deferred some way or another, of course.
Basically, you need to to burn energy from your body to the outside world. Some people find it uncomfortable to be who they want to be, which stops stress flaking off the person, so, they will become stressed or hit things when they find difficulty understanding or trouble with their self expression. This is where Venus will show you the fire inside, and, how to channel it outside, of course. ~ Do you want to store stress - why not use it? Basically, everyone worries about what they look like to others, I do. I think about how I am walking when I walk, and, my method is to push a little bit, to make sure the stress and energy is shed. This makes me take my own energy and express myself with it, where I find a way to look good by forcing my energy into my actions, of course. This I refer to as composure, and, the composure I have I find to be very much to my liking. So, how does one feel at ease with one's self? This is where we need to just do what we want to do, where we express ourselves the way we feel is right at the time. Typically, I generate animal types to think of when walking or doing activities, which I find fun, this is a fun game for kids and less so adults, who might consider themselves their favourite sport's hero or film personality, if you will? Now, other ways of finding comfort in one's body would be to just 'reach for it.' This would be where, okay, you might not express yourself that good this way, why not try another way? Once you are comfortable, why any other way?
