I don't know if there's any literal interpretation of this piece which truly fits it other than to mention that in my opinion it may be about the natural world's autonomy, our ironic in general alienated separation from it as a race, and the flippancy with which en mass post industrially we disregard our callous detachment to the complete interconnectedness of these elements.
But that's obvious, isn't it?

I wrote this twenty seconds before stumbling to bed at 3.00 AM on a school night!
I only then had a vague intuition that it was more than another gag line for a free online poet.
