Blood

They say your life flashes before your eyes when death is near

But I don't see the people I love

I only see the ones that have left me forever

Never to laugh with me again

Because I could never be better than who I am

I don't feel any beautiful emotions

I only feel the wrenching pain of heartbreak

The one that left me detached from the world

Because one day I lost the right to love him

I don't taste the sweetest candies

I only taste my bitter blood

The last thing left of me

Because it's drowning me away

I don't hear my favorite melody

I only hear the voice that haunts me

The cold barren whimper for help

Because nobody can hear me screaming inside
