My love for You is like the soft Rain,

Creating ripples in a still Water.

 

Tis a peaceful event,

To arrive with good intent.

 

Yet ails with each drop,

A stillness once so calm,

So beautiful.

 

And my love for You is like the color blue,

Which warms the Sky,

Cools the Sea,

And reflects within my eyes,

The jealousies of passersby.

 

And as I rest my head,

Upon the crevice of your body,

Sculpted just for me,

My love for You is like a silent sound,

That breathes from honesty,

From passion.

 

And as You breathe within me,

The sound of silence through a Kiss,

My love for you is Eden’s Paradise,

A pure and modest bliss.

 

So as I rest My head,

Upon the comfort of your form,

My love for you rests with the moon,

For in dreams we love,

Forevermore.
