We find no light, only pain, left and right,

We hope to find some sort of free light.

But we only find darkness all around,

Because we are oh so bound.

We know there is hope, but we do not see it,

We look desperately, but we don't see light in this pit.

We wish that dreams would come upon us,

Wondering how to release this stress. 

The dreams we hoped are heavenly dreams,

Come in constant nightmare streams.

We never know what awaits us at night,

Always knowing we will wake with a fright.

Dreams, you never are the same,

We always think you are tame.

But we are deceived by what we see,

We no only one thing, we don't agree.
