you

you

A Poem by BrassBee

You step from the room

A sliver of smile glimmering

Shadows pass through the doorframe

Worlds collapse upon themselves

And are reborn in cries of wonder at your return

Caught up in reflections of myself

I never noticed that you were

Smiling at me

Another quick write. I think the imagery/wording is a bit muddled and I don't like that "smile" is repeated. Any suggestions welcome.
