Mother natureA Story by Brandyn
R.I.P mother earth
I never have brung myself to believe, that a human is nothing less than a freak of nature. We're the smartest mammal on the planet in our terms, were the highest on the food chain, and do more damage than we can fix. In times that mother Earth needed rest, She was shook with bombs and smoke poured into the lungs of her skies, making the world a cancerous ball of regret. Each and every day nevertheless to simply trickle up her skin. We must destroy ever so more of her, The vast trees that once helped her breathe, have been cut in rations that couldn't be divided to the occupants of her body evenly. Every decade lives begin and end only to relive the mistakes of those before them. Until the Earth herself finally dies. The trees that once pumped the air to her lungs will turn a shade of black no man has ever craved sight of. Her eyes will close for the last time letting the sun pull us out of her once safe vision, and lastly she will become the dust she once was long before. Just as us humans, from the ashes we had risen to stand with her at our feet. only to fall with our ashes decorating her lifeless body. Until slowly burning into a cremation of a once great and beautiful world. © 2017 Brandyn |
