                            The First Battle.

Fort Tallen, an airbase with the 53rd Fight Squadron. The 53rd Fighter Squadron is an elite team of fighter pilots. With over 10 years of flying, they are the most dominment fight squadron in the world. Fort Tallen is a state-of-the art airbase, with the 43rd bomber squadron there also. The base is untouchable. Fort Tallen's commander is Fred Kelsey, he's been the commander of the base for three years now. Erusea controls the fort, with it's supiorer military, the base is patically invincible.

One day....

"Alert! Alert! Several hits on radar! Bearing 217° W heading in our direction. An unknown enemy is attacking our base. ETA:10 minutes" The Base Radar network, centered in the control tower, issues the warning.

Base Commander Fred calls in, "launch the 56th fighter squad, sink them all!"

The leader of the control tower is Farren Virgil, he demands that all of the 56th fighter squad to take off immediately. As they start to take off, the network spots more planes.

"More planes inbound, 7 or 8 more, they are coming to level the base!"

As the planes are spotted, the 56th fighter squad, an all rookie force except for the squad leader, Chris Lennard; call sign Breaker, are ready to take off.

"Breaker, your squad is clear for take-off. Do so immediately. Unknown group of planes coming from the W, 217°" The base control tower radioed in.

"This is Breaker, roger that. We're taking off now."

As they take off, the first wave of planes are in view of the base. The anti-aircraft weapons go off as they come into range. Breaker's squad is now in position to intercept the first wave.

"Breaker here, request permission to..."

The signal goes dead, Breaker was suddenly shot down.

"Tower to Breaker, come in over." As the tower tries desprately to get into contact, they knew what had happened, he was shot down.

Breaker's squad is now fighting without any experience or leader. Against them are the Allied Air Force, comprised of the countries Habrig, Eagledown, Yellowhaven, and Pinetol. Erusea is now in a war, up against the 7 other strong countries of the world. Habrig's attack consists of 7 B-52s, 5 F-16s, and 3 A-10s. Eagledown, wave #2, consists of 4 B-2s, 6 F-18s, and 2 F-15s. Yellowhaven, wave #3, consists of 10 B-1Bs, without any fighter support from their country. Pinetol, also with wave #3, has 15 F-22s, supporting Yellowhaven.

"Farren reporting, their is more hits on radar. What do we do now, sir?" The base control tower was looking for ways to protect the base.

"Farren, get in touch with central command, get some outside fighter help, we're going to need it. Also, lauch the 53rd Fighter squad, and send the 43rd bomber squad to a different base."

"All fighters, prepare for lauch, this is not a drill, repeat, this is not a drill."

With the base under attack, all planes are lauched. In the sky for Erusea is, 56th fighter squad, remains of 53rd fighter squad, 58th reserve squad, 52nd defensive squad, and the retreating 43rd bomber squad. In an emergency, all squads are in command of Mitchell Weston, leader of 53rd fighter squad.

Mitchell talks on the radio, "All fighters under my command, we are now the 25th Combined Squad. Tower, we are ready for launch."

"Base Tower, you are cleared for lauch. Permission to fire at will is granted, our prayers are with you"

The 25th Combined Squad, flying all newly created F-28s; the most dominmant attack fighter ever created, flys in formation to sink wave #1.

"Wave #1 coming into view, disperse and attack." Mitchell gave the order, and the formation was broken. Habrig's attack, 15th fighter squad, 2nd Close Combat squad, and 12th bomber squad, is heading into a battle. The 15th fighter squad consists of Luther, Patton, Sammy, Newton, and Conner as leader.

For each F-16 in Habrig's attack, Erusea has two F-28's.  The battle starts, the 15th Fighter squad, now in close formation, breaks off and goes into attack formation. An attack formation would be two planes in a group, and the leader in the middle.

Conner speaks on his radio, "Help! Someone's right behind me! AHHH!!! Ejecting!" As he finishes, he could not eject in time, because his plane bursts into flames.

Next, Sammy, "Got one! Yeah! One kill for me!..." After he finishes. he was shot down.

Now, Luther, "Bagged one! Ahhh, Patton help, someone is behind me! AH!" Luther was shot down. He was lucky though, he got to eject in time.

Finally, Patton, "Newton, turn around and get the other attacking planes out of here.... we lost this battle" Patton was shot down, but when he ejected, he was killed by the enemy's machine gun.

After Patton was shot down, Newton turned his plane around and withdrew from the battle, the other squads closely followed. With the anihalltion of wave #1, the other two waves withdrew. Fort Tallen survived the first, but not last battle.

The 25th Combined Squad, returned home from battle, only losing two planes. After all planes landed, the tower called Mitchell, "Our help is just arriving, they'll be stationed at this base for awhile."

Base Commander Fred talks to Mitchell, "Our help will be under your command, you are now the leader of the newly formed 60th Fighter squad, congrats."

With the ending of the day, the base is now quiet again.... but for how long?
