JohnA Poem by PHFASCESJohn's habits are building. He doesn't know what he is doing, Its all second nature He's been trying to fight it. He feels disgusted in himself Seated on the bathroom floor, tears keep falling. He is falling apart, Unsure of the next step. Is there a cure for this, or is he lost in an abyss? John is in a fog. The shadows keep clinging, calling his name Crazy cynical whispers mocking and saying "you know you want more" His body starts shaking It's craving the next fix. See John wants to stop he keeps trying to fight the feeling but the battle is gruesome it's driving him mad he start tearing at his skin and pulling his hair out only one solution left he takes a run to the bridge takes a brave leap into the water His lungs feel tight as his throat starts burning he lets out one scream the moment of pain halts Silence. The end of his drug days.
