ConstellationsA Poem by PHFASCESI love to see the stars sparkle. I could sit by the seaside at midnight and wonder. let my mind get lost while I ponder. The beauty of these constellations, In awe they leave me staring. My mind untamed, Creating scenarios, illusions and worlds worth exploring I hope to embark on these wild fantasies And together we can make them fantastical realities. Robbed of words, The thief called awe leaves me mumbling and concentrating in awe. Leaving me repetitive and stuttering, Yet my eyes not once leave that gaze At the site of the stars and nebulae, Glistening in glory with angelic music, Obviously created by my overactive imagination. Great tales of gallant victories And heart tearing tragedies, Written in each formation. I must say to you while I stare into this marvelous wonder, My dear, Your eyes are my favourite constellation.
