Memory

Memory

A Poem by Light
"

i really like this one

"
March 2011
My miserable words
Taper with memory,
A diminishing echo
Of hot breath and
Vanishing ink;
Evaporating thoughts
And inklings of forget
Wrought upon paper...

Minds

...Of decaying wisdom
And roting existence,
Of spoiled eternities
And amputated legacies,
Of transparent memories
That only forget me,
Leaving me to question
Everything I never said.

"Leaving me to question
Everything I never said."

Such a strong statement and can truly resonate with any and every one. There's always that doubt and fear that if you don't say certain things it will haunt...especially when it is about love
