oh such noble souls-
do these kings and queens present
to rule over their subjects
and take what they deem to be theirs
by right and by rod
do these royals rule
with blood stained fingers
and no tears shed
conscious of nothing save
their mortal selves
in such times that we thought
were over
again we can see their
there for power
through everyday actions
and modern turns of phrase
they seduce us into caring for nothing
and with that
they steal
from us
our chance to change.

Very Interesting. Very intense.
I see a LOT of raw emotion in these pieces.

Thanks, this one was a set up for part 2's message, but I actually got the idea watching a special about the Medici family
