Silver Lines:

Silver Lines:

A Poem by SoozProtege
"

A tale of defeat and deciet

"
Confounded by the back piercing shrapnel embedded in my spine.

Dumbfounded, the final morsel of passion you gave, it was perfectly timed.

Your underground revolution silently watched, as i detonated your ever so carefully placed strip-mine.

Turning cartwheels in your playground, continuously jabbing, below my waistline.

Victory to your merry-go-round of fallacies, you so intricately entwined.

Just remember what goes-around-comes-around
and I'll be watching,
waiting,
beyond the silver lines.
