A Universal Clue

A catchy cadence of a journey following a universal clue.

Dew sets the scope, a glimmer of hope, in the early shimmering light.

Lite rain subsiding, adventure is riding, prosperity finally due

Blew into view, a hidden breakthrough, to a mysterious mystical site.

Sight seen so rare, nature's affair, violet, indigo-red-orange-and-blue

Slue through the labyrinth, follow the glow, shining bright all the way to the site.

Right at the landing, the view so enchanting, an ever elusive slew.

Clew quite askew, than the tales we once knew, so now I sit down and write.

Rite of the chosen,so few show devotion, unlocking a universal clue.

Author's Note

This is an evolved play on the standard 8 line cadence with the rhyming scheme of A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B....To evolve it I added the rhyming scheme to the beginning as well so it looks like this. BA,AB,BA,AB,BA,AB,BA,AB.....then just for added fun, I challenged myself to use all homophones in the rhyming schemes as well. Enjoy the journey.
