I like crosswalk with chaos, because of the way it sounds. I even decided to use the word crosswalk in one of my own poems because of this. There is a great beauty in this poem. Please, send me any read requests for new poems. I may not always leave a review, but I can always use a good read.

This poem uses only my favorites among Greek myths. So Chaos always is in the list.
If you're interested with cacophony, I would sure write a complete 'The Jabberwocky' for this site.
Glad you found it helpful.

I am not so familiar with ancient Greek mythology . So I cannot give on any feed back on meaning of your poem. But I enjoyed form those lines looks very precise and clear. I wonder how many editing you make here. At last line you use word apropos which at my native language is use like term , by the way . I wonder if is same here or is it different meaning. Anyway I hope for next poem I can give you more feed back. Have nice Friday .

But just give it a read. For feedbacks I'll upload another one.
Yes, it was quite an editing experience.
Apropos here meant "at an opportune time", and it also means "introducing a different topic." To convey what uranus and gaea would've expected from their children, and using greek myths to ask "does the creator wanted us this way?", rhea and cronus were lovers. And asking what if cronus wasn't this way?
This poem's about creation, and us. About metaphysical realities, and if the creator wanted us fighting with each other.
(I don't do explanations to my poems often, but this was the last)
What is your apropos btw?

I think sometimes is better to keep some secrets undiscovered it's can make reader more to wonder. You know like David Lynch's movies for example. But thanks anyway. I think best way to explain how we use apropos if I show you in sentence so here is it.
Last week I saw two ladies and apropos they were so beautiful.

Same applies to poetry.

In poetry, doing this is analyzing. It tells the poem, doesn't teach poetry.
