IDFCA Poem by Boring~PotatoHere lies a heart that seemed so cold, A facade of indifference its mold. But deep within, fear did reside, Beneath the bravado it tried to hide. I acted like I didn't care, But inside, I was filled with despair. Afraid to show my true face, I wore a mask in every place. Though I may have seemed aloof, It was only to protect the truth. Scared of being vulnerable and exposed, I kept my emotions tightly closed. Now in death, I lay it bare, The fear that kept me unaware. May my epitaph reveal the truth, I acted like I didn't care because I was scared.
