Where the Faith?

Where the Faith?

A Poem by Boricua Justice

The tracks of my of life are worn and dismantled

In search of all the wrong answers

Now I'm questioning my decision making

I guess it will never make since

Until I envision and focus on a plan

Faith will fall though on it like quicksand

Yea its my kickstand

Trouble is I'm fighting a war on both sides

Hierarchy of my soul just gave orders to  kill everyone who doesn't abide

So I'm fleeing my mind in a sense I'm fleeing this prison

Free as pigeon

The caged bird sings

That's how I knew now I was in charge of my vision

Your poem has some interesting expressions and images. When you do your proofreading, carefully and slowly, you will catch those irritating little mistakes, adding punctuation or making other word choices so as to help everything make more 'sense'. But 'since' you are the author, you may choose to let it remain. The thoughts within your poem have many layers of meanings, possibly with messages embedded, giving us much to think about.
