Unexpected Rainbow

Unexpected Rainbow

A Poem by Boricua Justice

Walking in the rain no can tell my tears from my pain

The subtleness of the clouds looms a story of bitter remains

storms follows me everywhere down a muddy path of shame

A recollection of my emotions lies in a puddle of abstract rain

As I stand there sinking into my memories again

I reached towards the heavens

looking for someone to pull me out
of this self indulged game

Letting out a battle cry in a morbidly
Irrefutable tone

I braced myself for a voice that knew
 everything that was wrong

So as I stood there in the rain

I looked upon the horizon an saw

One of gods  promises still never changed....

At the end of the rainbow there is a pot of gold, There is an obvious indication that life isn't just odd. The magnificient sight of vibrant colours against the blues of the sky, Narrates a story that life isn't just about cry!
