The Truth, From My Heart

I walk in

And the first thing I see is you

With your beautiful red hair

And your even more beautiful heart

I say hi

You say it back

And we go about our business

With you not knowing how I truly feel

Your beauty fills me with joy

And your laughter fills me with great peace

I listen to you and it makes me feel as happy as I have ever been

Not only is your beauty physical but your personality is beautiful too

As we laugh together I look in your eyes

And I see real beauty

And I wonder the question I continue to ask myself

"Could she feel the same way?"

We have been friends for a while

And I wouldn't want to ruin that

But I must know

Do you feel the same way?

I would always make you happy

And always be ready to comfort you
