A Poem by Yue Zhang

Don't think, just breathe
don't cry, just sleep
Let the darkness come, let it capture your memories
Let it pull them into the deepest trench
where no light will ever shine
where they can decompose silently.
If they linger till the end
then to the recycle you must send
those toxic pieces of man-made harm
So that they may be reused by some other fool
whose flaming heart will eventually cool
and give away the pain
that came from someone else's gain
