We can be lonely together.A Poem by Bonnie MastersFor the prompt silence, or lack of it. Hope you like it, as always, read rate and review! The lonely are my truest friend they treat me with respect- and understand the necessary use of my effect. I skirt around the edges of conversations, it's true I'm more a nuisance now When I barge in on her and you. I can reveal more thoughts than even words and hide more secrets safe Within my presence you shall find a cage or an escape. I will meet the world one day at differing times of strife- too soon to some, impatient to few for the silence that intrudes on life.
