Sun RiseA Poem by Bonaventure OnuabuchiSending the sun to spy and correct some human errors.
Sun Rise!
Sun rise; Shine upon their flaw, oh spunky sun Till perfection wears the immortal crown. Engage to the hearts; compel their openess. Then cry the truth to them. If conscience attends to your voice, At my behest- spare the woes. Sun rise- It behoves thee to spy their wagging tongues Incline them towards thy 'mind; to stuck and stun. Afford no second to leisure, Grow the torture uncut Till; if, they welcome an orgy of silence, At my service, allow them some words. Sun please rise - Beat the darkness hidding in their rendezvous. Ignore the sham, but, a walk through the minds. Confiscate the loathing of togetherness, Wait now for no price, Leave them to behold the light. © 2015 Bonaventure Onuabuchi |
