Save Them This Blight!A Poem by Bonaventure OnuabuchiMy voice, against Abortion, to all female youths in Nigeria, and the world at large.
They are the mysterious omen.
The nifty nurture of nature engulfs, And stays to rear; inside you. That to your breath: no turbulence! And to your throes: no live! Every life-now, and then; just like yours, The seal is and was; before unfold To swell till nature ages- So, allow them this journey to tread, Not the plughole to flow. As the depiction in your face is to wreak Your perfect flaw; such depraved wash. When if by it you lean, Darkness would lit up The days your quest will be for such cries. © 2015 Bonaventure Onuabuchi |
