Dissolution Of Depression.A Poem by Bonaventure OnuabuchiDedicated to Okoronkwo Jennifer Chinenyenwa, and Semira Ogweda....; two e-friends who worth more than just friends.
Howling blues dawned,
And cast on my head many clouds. Their bloody hands, fetched me like a kid. Their piercing sounds, tore me to shreds. Depression! The odds-on favourite; Sucked me into pessimism. My heart; became down and out ; And no one to take him home. At the dawn of the night. When the sun was deeming abandonment. I deadened the enthusiasm to live. Before the cordiality feigning moon could deceive. Slowly and lowly lied I to die. Counting the second's sounds silently in despair. Till at dead of night, When the winter's wind brought the summer's damsels to my thought; Then arrived roses in my cheeks! © 2015 Bonaventure OnuabuchiReviews
