Depressed Boy!

Depressed Boy!

A Poem by Bonaventure Onuabuchi

At the time of adversity galore,
bitterly he cries;
trailing off to weakness!
His eyes turns red;
at the sight of a gloomy day.

At the moment of millions reasons to quit,
wearily he moves;
to the future in his mind!
His motives got ill;
at the bridge of cross-over.

At the juncture of un-predictable outcome,
comes the incompatibility of the past and the future;
spurring the contemplation of his indecisive brain-
"since the past is so dim to see through,
"and can't quench his taste for adventure"
To his dear future he looks to.

Honest and powerful words.
"since the past is so dim to see through,
"and can't quench his taste for adventure"
To his dear future he looks to. "
Sometime the bad days must be forgotten to attempt to survive the coming days. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
