Goodbye
A Poem by Hardboiled Capitalism
I've been falling Hoping Waiting For someone to catch me Someone to love me But no one does Not today But I've been hoping Wishing Thinking That in the end It'll all be okay But that's where I'm wrong I just don't belong In a world A world like this.

The beginning of this poem reminds me very much of a poem I wrote call "Risk". When I write, I write about myself or about others who have said something to me that I NEED to write about. Is this truly how you feel? I've often felt like an outsider that does not belong or fit in. I like this piece. There is a sense of longing here.... I am often thinking and longing myself. Good Read!
I've read all of your work. I am looking forward to reading more.
