Searching For Answers

When someone just doesn't seem to want you and care enough to say anything to remove the distrust

I question and get angry at seeing nothing said,

Words wrote short and sweet stick in my head.

I ask or make a comment it goes without a word,

I have to watch messages that come in blurred.

I hurt for my answers that I keep trying to repeat,

ReciReceivingreply and feeling that I am in defeat.

Words come in saying there is a meaning to us,

Buried in deep are hidden secrets not to discuss.

Why must I have such a longing to feel safe,

When all I see is emptiness stuck in the waif.

It should be easy to tell me everything in love,

Still, nothing is gained just a silence from above.

Maybe it's time I should close out the hearts book ,

Lick all my wounds and bury what was all took.

Say nothing and just dissapear into the dark night,

Because I am tired of being the only one in the fight.
