Was just sitting and thinking.

Close your eyes and let your body go

Look deep in your soul a wind blow

Still your body to calm its deep sea

Allowing the anger to slowly flee

Imagine your heart glowing warm red

All the pain and hurt quickly has fled

Your body floating as if on sweet air

No tensions or worries left to despair

Imagine now two hand reaching inside

Gently grasping your heart in reside

Warming it's shield rippling your blood

Filling your body with a heated flood

Enhancing your emotions to a high level

Romancing your passion a small pebble

Rolling your senses like you are wrapped

Injecting love like electric well zapped

Displaying outcries that you hid along

Making your body sing a desired song

Releasing the time buried so very deep

Allowing first time a person to sweep

No one should be sheltered or ridiculed

Emotions and passions are not to be fooled

Awake from this dream you see what I saw

Now you can see why I like the mind draw
